Register as a Permit Expediter

re you a permit expediter working on projects in the City of Miami? You must be registered prior to initiating a project within our jurisdiction, and provide proof of a valid Business Tax Receipt/Occupational License, pursuant to City of Miami Ordinance 14279. There is no cost for registration and the process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Get an Easy Permit

The Easy Permit Request program allows qualified contractors to apply,
for small projects that do not require plan review (i.e. no major construction) and immediately receive a building permit via e-mail to begin working.
